In an increasingly competitive work world, employers seek employees who can contribute to the company as a whole and not just productive for employees themselves.

So, many employers seek prospective employees who have the job skills in accordance with the expectations and the needs of employers.

So, for job seekers who are looking forward to working in the company which they dreamed of, it is important for them to know the skills expected by employers for their prospective employees.

Here are some lists of job skills that must be owned by job seekers so that they could obtain the job of their dreams.

  1. The ability to conduct research.

Job seekers should possess the ability to do research.  This research is useful for those who want to work in the company of research and useful to do simple research related to their work.

  1. Logical thinking.

Companies want employees who are able to provide an effective solution to the problem at hand and provide solutions that make sense associated with proposals or alternative solutions to a problem.

  1. Understand the latest technology.

Technology is growing rapidly, mostly vacant jobs requiring employees who have expertise in the field of computer or at least able to operate various kinds of Office-related programs that are commonly used.  New employees that the company need not always originate from the Faculty of IT.  Evidence suggesting that job seekers have the basic capabilities to be able to operate various kinds of Office-related programs that are commonly used, is quite qualified job skills to be accepted.

  1. Communicating Skills.

Job seekers who successfully obtain their dream job are those who are able to communicate and write well.  The company prefers to employees who are able to express their minds well through writing and verbal communication.

  1. Organizational skills.

The company would not have employees who do not have organizational skills.  Organizational skills are essential to foster a working relationship between employees within a company.

  1. Interpersonal skills.

The working environment is made up of a wide variety of personalities.  Therefore, the skills to be able to blend with a variety of personalities is required, so that the relationships between employees is good and in the end the atmosphere of the company also becomes harmonious.

  1. Willingness to continue learning.

The company wants employees who have plans for his career. Because of the type of employees like this one, definitely have a desire to keep learning. And that is the job skills that most of employer needed to grow their company.
